The Binay camp has hired the services of former Presidential Management Staff head Leonora De Jesus, now a statistics professor at the University of the Philippines, and Thomas Lopez, a marketing professor at the Asian Institute of Management, to do the final and projected tally based on the behavior of votes.

“Losing” is not in my vocabulary, Binay said, stressing that the Comelec and PPCRV tallies point to his irreversible victory.

“Perhaps I will be the first black vice president of the country or the Jojo-Bama Barako,” Binay told reporters.
